Bisbee Council 0863 is the oldest established Council in Arizona. The Bisbee Council was was established in 1904 and holds the title of "Mother Council" for the state of Arizona.

Along with other local organizations, Council 0863 is involved in numerous fund raisers in our community and for St. Patrick Parish. We hold a Friday Fish Fry during the Lenten season, we support the Parish Festival, and are involved in the operation of Bingo for our community.

The Third Degree meets every second Wednesday of the month at 100 Higgins Hill, behind the school.

The Fourth Degree meets every fourth Monday of the month at 100 Higgins Hill, behind the school.
