Sacrament Preparation-Religious Education

Our children are a very important part of our parish, and they are the future leaders of our church.  As they learn more about their faith and deepen their relationship with Jesus Christ and the church, they can be witnesses to everyone they meet within their families, classrooms and everyday life encounters.  We want to nourish both parent and child in their gifts and talents to help them serve others.  Parents are the first teachers of their children in the ways of faith and in giving witness to their faith by example in all they say and do.

St. Patrick Church/St. Michael Mission invites you to register your children for the preparation of the sacraments of 1st Holy Communion/Reconciliation and Confirmation.

We invite all adults who seek to be received into the Catholic Church to contact our Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults (RCIA) program leader at 520-432-5753.

Safe Environment Training

Our Religious Education program complies with all Parish and Diocesan Safe Environment policies. This compliance is met through safe environment education through mandatory in person meetings. The topics of discussion have to do with bullying, cyberbulling, harassment (physical and emotional), sexual harassment, inappropriate comments (verbal and written), unsafe relationships and possible current issues that would create an unsafe environment. This is for children, adolescents and adults to increase safe environment awareness.
