History of Catholic Priests Serving in Bisbee, AZ

The Roman Catholic community in the Bisbee area goes back to the late 1800's. Bisbee was a booming copper camp and thousands of people were moving to the area lured by the promise of jobs and prosperity. A small cabin served as the first Catholic church, and in the past 100+ years, many pastors have become part of our heritage as they faithfully served the People of God.
