Adult Confirmation

Completing the Sacraments of Initiation

Adult Confirmation classes are classes for adults who have not completed all the sacraments of initiation, specifically, those who have been baptized and have received first Eucharist, yet have not been confirmed. The class is held soon after the beginning of the calendar year and lasts for 13 weeks. The course follows the United States Catholic Catechism for Adults and the text is used as required reading. Confirmations are held on Pentecost. Special classes are held by exception in preparation for a wedding.
